Dr. Kim Parker

Dr. Parker joined the Ark team in 2020. She attended Boise State University where she played soccer while obtaining her degree in Biology. She then went on to study veterinary medicine at Oregon State University, graduating in 2012. 

Dr. Parker is an Oregon native. She grew up near Portland, then moved to the central Oregon coast after graduation. She started in small animal general practice and has always had a special interest in our feline friends. She focuses on patient-centric care, with strong consideration for the individual pet as well as their families. 

When not at work, Dr. Parker is attempting to learn how to garden, but mostly enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking with her fiancé. Having always had multiple kitties, integrating the overly energetic German shorthair pointer into the family has been an interesting and educational experience.
