We Treat Your Pets Like Our Own

"I only have a single complaint, which I'll state first to get it out of the way: I have not had much luck calling in - Ark always seems to be busy. Now on to all the reasons I love Ark Animal Hospital. I switched to them from West Hills because they were much more affordable and less snobby. My cat had to have x-rays a couple of years ago and the vet spent an extended period of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions while we talked through options, costs, etc. He was so kind and worked with me to find the best solution for my sick cat. Every time I bring my kitties in for their exams, I'm blown away by how not just the vets but also the technicians are extraordinarily sensitive and gifted in working with cats, understanding how to keep them comfortable under such stressful conditions as a doctor's office. The personnel are professional, open and honest, and you can tell they love animals and taking care of them. I am suspicious of all the bells and whistles of various vaccinations and extra stuff offered, and the choice is always left up to me. I have not felt pressured into treatments I'm unsure of and always feel well taken care of. Icing on the cake is that one of the techs actually helped me carry my stuff and played with my toddler on the way in and out of our last cat appointment, which, as a mom, is such a relief and wins me over instantly!
