Our Hospital
We are a dog and cat animal hospital committed to providing convenient and comprehensive care to the pets of the greater Philomath area! We strive to stay involved in our community by partnering with local animal shelters and providing shadowing opportunities for individuals interested in the veterinary medicine field.

Our Facility
We are located at 1100 Applegate Street in Philomath, OR. Our single level stand-alone facility sits between the town library and the local barbershop. When you step through our front doors, you’ll experience a peaceful, spacious, and professional atmosphere.

What Makes Us Different?
Along with excellent patient care, Ark is very driven to help the Philomath, Corvallis, and coastal communities as much as possible by:
- Donating pet related raffle baskets
- Working with shelters at cost and assist with their spays and neuters
- Providing job shadowing opportunities to local high school students
- Sponsoring local sports teams & community events
In addition to community involvement, we also put a strong emphasis on client education regarding what is going on with their pets. We have many different resources that we can provide people with.

Your First Appointment
When you check in with our front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous customer service representatives. A member of our medical staff will soon meet you in the lobby and lead you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions and measure your pet’s vital signs.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, address any concerns you may have, and create your pet’s individual care plan. Our goal is to establish a baseline for future visits and make sure your pet’s preventative and diagnostic health needs are covered. This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing.
Once the appointment has concluded, our team will process your payment at the front desk and schedule any follow-up appointments needed.
